Place mint leaves in the bottom of a glass. Add crushed ice, rum, sugar, and lime juice, and mix. We usually crush the mint leaves and lime together in the bottom of the glass using a pounding stick, Add soda water and garnish with a few more mint leaves. A few of these brings a nice glow to the faces and surroundings!
