Description
A well made Médoc produced from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Merlot 20% and Cabernet Franc 10% grapes grown on fine gravel on a layer of impermeable clay. Vinification took place in stainless steel or concrete vats with automatic temperature control. The wine is then aged in 2-year old oak barrels for 12 months.
Deep, bright ruby-red in colour with elegant aromas of red berries and oak come together very nicely with subtle notes of spices. The tannins are silky and dense but not overbearing. to produce a wine that is rich and well-balanced.
Serve at room temperature (18°) with Red meats, roasts and cheese
