In the mouth it is soft, warm and characterized by spicy and herbaceous aromas, which are accompanied by references of oak and vanilla on a long and fresh finish.

This Chivas Extra 13 Blended Scotch Whisky selectively finished in American Rye Casks is inspired by the Chivas brothers’ 13 King Street Emporium in Aberdeen, where they imported different spirits, exotic spices, and luxury food items from across the globe. Imparting its own unique combination of characteristics onto the Chivas blend, this finish brings new and contrasting flavour notes to the spirit for the first time.

Unveiled in 2018, Chivas Regal XV is a 15 year old blended Scotch whisky which has been finished in casks that previously held Grande Champagne Cognac! Whisky makers are slowly beginning to use Cognac casks for maturation more and more these days, and we reckon it’s a wonderful trend, as it helps to bring vibrant fruit notes and rich oak to the fore.

The blend for this scotch is composed mainly by Glenckinchie, which gives Dimple Whisky 15 years a smoother, but also richer, taste. When tasting this blend, one should smell notes of spice and caramel, as well as taste balanced flavours that go from honey and toffee, from smoky to the oak flavour.

Evan Williams Bourbon, reportedly named after an itinerant Welshman believed to be an early commercial distiller in the 1780s, stands as a tribute to historical craft. Bottled at a solid 43% ABV and matured for up to 6 years in charred oak barrels, it embodies a time-honoured tradition. This journey unfolds with the introduction of aromatic vanilla and delectable caramel notes, which persist and evolve throughout the tasting experience.
