Ouzo Plomari is the most famous drink in Greece. Traditionally known as ouzo in Greece, it is prepared using aniseed, fennel, star anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, mastic extract and soft spring water from the River Sedountas. It is distilled twice in a small copper still.
