CapuCana translates as ‘sugar-cane house’. Distilled in the Piracicaba region of Brazil and aged for three years, this is a citrusy style of cachaça that is excellent as a base for cocktails.

APPEARANCE

Clear, bright golden.

AROMA
Leathery apricot delicately wooded with biscuit, orange fudge, aloe vera and ground black pepper.

TASTE
Perhaps more rum-like than cachaça with stewed fruit and very grassy in character with honey blossom, vanilla and pear.

AFTERTASTE
Citrus zest bursts forth. Creamy, slightly sweet with floral notes.
