The Sauvignon Blanc of Winery Table Mountain is a white wine from the region of Western Cape. In the mouth this white wine is a with a nice freshness. it also explodes with ripe tropical fruit and zesty aromas of cut grass nettles. Refreshing flavors of gooseberry and passion fruit are accompanied by a hint of grassiness that lingers on the palate. This should be served lightly chilled. Great on its own or with butternut ravioli, salad and crusty bread.
